General Sales Conditions

1.Identification of the seller

All items available for sale at are commercialized by Zapaterias Rosma SL (from here on out Luisa Toledo) Spanish Company with NIF B82535170, resident of Calle Perú 21, Coslada 28823 (Madrid) registered in Business Register of Madrid, Folio 125, Volume 14888, Section 8, Page M-247723, Date March 2nd , 2001

2. Application of general sales conditions

Acceptance of general sales conditions implies its full implementation. The present general sales conditions are applied to all purchases and/ or services made in the website of as guaranteed period service, which constitutes an agreement between Luisa Toledo and the customer.

In particular, the customer declines to avoil on any contradictory document which would be opposable in The present general sales conditions can be modified later, the applicable version to the customer purchase is the one in force on the date the order is formalized. The modifications of these general sales conditions are lawfully required to the users from their online distribution and cannot be applied to purchases previously made.

The user of the website must respect the general sales conditions.

All contracting carried out by the user through this website are made with Zapaterias Rosma SL. The purchase of items are made by the established procedure in the web.

Before the payment, the system will ask you to read and accept the present general sales conditions. The agreement will be understood as formalized when Luisa Toledo confirm your order.

It will be contract object just those related items in the shipping confirmation. We will not be forced to supply to you any item which could have been ordered until we confirm the shipping through the confirmation.

3. Responsibilities

Luisa Toledo is responsible of the veracity, reliability and precision of the contents, data or informations about the items offered in the website.

The customer is commited to comply with general sales conditions also privacy policy and legal notice which Luisa Toledo makes available when you purchase an item.

The customer is commited to pay to Luisa Toledo the amount according to the established in the website.

4. Prices

The prices indicated in each item, it includes the corresponding Value Added Tax (VAT), except in cases where it is not applicable (for example in Canary Islands)

The prices are indicated in euros (€), and it doesn't include the shipping costs.

Luisa Toledo has the right to change the prices at any time. However, Luisa Toledo is commited to apply the price in force at the moment of the order formalization.

5. Payment methods

The payment must be always done before the shipment, so Luisa Toledo will not send the items and/ or services until the payment has been received. After the confirmation of the payment you will receive an email with all details of your order. All orders must be accepted before be sent, so you will be noticed by email where we will confirm that your order will be sent.

The payment can be realized by credit card (credit or debit), PayPal or bank transfer.

In no case your bank details will be saved, the payments with credit card are made through Terminal Virtual Point of sale of Sabadell Bank where they codify and protect your credit card number. In the case of payments by Paypal, you just have to indicate your email address and password.

6. Shipping costs

The shipping costs will be showed in your purchase summary, it will be different depending of your address and country

The shipping costs are paid by the customer, you could see the final price when you finish your order; in the following list you can see the prices

Peninsula and Balearic: 6.95 euros For free if your purchase is over 69.00 euros

CanaryIsland and part of Europe: 19.95 euros For free if your purchase is over 600.00 euros

International: 45.00 euros For free if your purchase is over 600.00 euros

Luisa Toledo is committed to send in perfect conditions the item and/or services to the indicated address in the indicated period, unless there will be some unexpected event.

It is customer's responsibility that the delivery could be delivered to the address during the working hours when transports agencies make the deliveries. In this case, Luisa Toledo keeps the right to decline the order if it is fault of the customer because it wasn't at the address in the indicated time and in several time.

7. Guarantee

All items and services are guaranteed under the terms of the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16th November, which approves the consolidated text of General Law to the Costumers and Users Defense.

Luisa Toledo items have a manufacturing defect guarantee; in that case you should contact to Luisa Toledo. Once the items have been examined by the quality department, if we find some defect in the item, Luisa Toledo will contact by email to the user to inform about it. It could be repaired or changed for another exactly the same or it will give you back the total payment. The refunds will be done through the same pay system used by the customer.

Due to the nature of the commercialized items, it is advisable that the customer communicate as soon as possible any incidence that it can appreciate in the order, if you don't do it soon it's possible that we cannot fix or change the item. 

If you have any doubt or problem with our items or shipments please contact with our customer service, we will offer a personalized advice, quick and effective.

We are confident about the quality and satisfaction of our items, even so, if you are not satisfied with your order you have 14 natural days from the date you bought it to change or return it.

In special dates like Christmas, the return period is increased until 15th of January.

In case of defective item, Luisa Toledo will repair, change, reduce the price or whatever, which is not a cost to the customer.

8. Return

You have to send to us the item/s in perfect conditions (not used, not washed, with all it labels on it) in its original package with its purchase receipt, also the returns form (back part of the receipt) completed and signed. Both receipt and return form are attached with the order, anyway you can get a copy through an email to

We are not going to accept those returns which haven't been communicated to the Customer Service before.

It is really important that you return us the item in an appropriate package. In case of an item being damaged due to improper packaging, we will not admit the return.

You have several options to return your item:

- You can visit us in our showroom.

- Or sending us the item by postal service or transport agency you choose to the following address:

- We take charge of everything, just send us an email to with the order number and we will start the process of return. This option costs 6.95€ which it will be discounted when you make the return. (This option is just available in the Peninsula)

Transportation costs will be paid by the user (Art. 101.1 RDLg 1/2007)

In case of change or return, external causes to Luisa Toledo, shipping cost will be responsibility of the customer.

In any case, it has to be sent with the return form which it is facilitated by Luisa Toledo, according to Art.69.1 RDLg 1/2007.

In case you receive a wrong order, Luisa Toledo will take charge of the shipping costs if the user comunicate it before 7 working days from the day you receive it, offering you the same item you choose or paying back the amount paid.

Once we receive everything and we check everything is in perfect condition, we will start the process to pay you back through the same payment way. Then, you will receive an email to inform you that we have paid the amount. In few days you will receive the amount (depends of the bank entity).

In case of your return will not be accepted, we will inform you about it and let the item in our storehouse situated in Calle Perú 21, Coslada 28823 (Madrid) Spain, to be picked up by the customer or a transport agency.

9. Changes in size

Size changes will be conditioned because of the stock availability.

If you want a size change you have to make a new order again with the new size and then return the item you have.

In case you want that the item will be picked up at the same time the driver delivers to you, you must inform by email to Luisa Toledo before do nothing and we will arrange it.

10. Applicable legislation and jurisdiction

These terms of use are governed by Spanish law and the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Coslada, in the case of dispute or disputes concerning the application or interpretation thereof. The language in which the contract is performed Castilian.

11. Partial nullity

If any parts of these General Sale Conditions were considered contrary to Law and therefore invalid, this would not affect the other provisions in accordance with Law, remaining the remainder of this Agreement.

12. Language offers the possibility of choose between several languages. In case of error due to the translation of "General sale condition", "Legal notice" or "Privacy policy" it will be just the Spanish version the right one.
