In Luisa Toledo we are sure that your new shoes will enchant you, but if not, we promise to accept the return or exchange without problems. You have 14 days to make any change or refund of your purchase since we delivered your order.
In case you need to make a change, simply make the purchase of the model and size you like and return the one you have at home.
If you come to spend a few days in Madrid, you can also go to our showroom to make the return.
You have to send to us the item/s in perfect conditions (not used, not washed, with all it labels on it) in its original package with its purchase receipt, also the returns form (back part of the invoice) completed and signed. You have several options:

- We take charge of everything, just send us an email to email@example.com with the order number and we will start the process of return. This option costs 6.95€ which it will be discounted when you make the return. (Option only available in the Peninsula)
* Extraordinary expenses, such as customs, will always be borne by the client. (Canary Islands and countries outside the European Union).
As soon as we receive the shoes and check that everything is correct, we will pay the corresponding amount through the same form of payment that you made the purchase. If you paid by bank transfer, you will have to indicate a bank account number where you want to receive the payment.
In the event that the return is not accepted, because the product has been used or has some defect that prevents its sale, we will notify you, leaving the / the items deposited in our warehouse located in Peru, 21 Coslada 28823 (Madrid) Spain, so you can pick them up personally or by a package delivery company hired by you.
