For payment by bank card we use the Sabadell bank payment gateway with the secure payment system CES (Secure Electronic Commerce). To make the payment, the user must be a cardholder secured.

Is it safe to use my bank card in LuisaToledo.com?

Of course, for Luisa Toledo the security of her clients is very important, all data is transmitted in an SSL secure manner. Only CES (secure electronic commerce) transactions will be accepted for bank card payments. In each payment process, the system verifies that the card is attached to the CES system, then it will contact the bank that issued the card so that the buyer authorizes the purchase. Once the issuing bank confirms its authenticity, the card will be charged. Otherwise, the order will be canceled.

For what reason can the payment with my card be denied?

- The card may be expired, check the expiration date.

- The card limit may have been exceeded. Check with your entity if you have exceeded the maximum amount allowed to make purchases.

- It is possible that you have made a mistake when entering the data, and some of them are not correct. Check that all the required fields are correct.

- The card may not be activated for Internet purchases. Check with the card issuing entity.
