Make the purchase of the models you want to try. If finally, among the products you have bought you stay with one, the return of those you do not want is free (except outlet products). On the contrary, if you want to return all purchased products, the management would be done as a normal return.

If you need to make any changes, simply make the purchase of the size you need and return the one you have at home once you try the two and choose the one that is best.

Can I return my purchase?

Yes, of course!

To make a return the products must be in perfect condition: not used, not washed, with their labels, without arrangements, and in their original packaging. You have several ways to make the return:
- Personally, visiting us in our showroom.
- By sending us the product (s) through Correos or the transport agency you choose to the following address: Luisa Toledo, C / Perú, nº 21 local 28823 Coslada (Madrid) Spain

Do you want us to collect your return at home?

We take care of everything, simply send us an email to hola@luisatoledo.es indicating the order number that appears on the invoice and we will start the collection at the address you indicate. This option has a cost € 6.95 that will be deducted when making the payment of the items returned. (This option is only available in Spain Peninsula)
* Extraordinary expenses, such as customs, will always be borne by the client. (Canary Islands and outside the European Union).
As soon as we receive the return and check that everything is correct, we will pay the corresponding amount by the same form of payment that the purchase was made.

Leather

Dust off with a dry cotton cloth

Apply a little colorless wax with a lint-free cloth, let it dry for a few minutes and then brush with a soft bristle brush.

A trick ... if you want an extra shine, spray with hairspray

Avoid liquid cream cleaners and applicators

Suede

Brush dry with a soft brush or a lint-free cloth of porous tissue

If the suede is very damaged, rub gently with a cloth dampened with ammonia, once dry brush.

Avoid wearing shoes on rainy days

Patent leather

Remove dust with a damp cloth or wipes.

Brush with a cotton cloth moistened in milk to bring out shine.

Avoid bleach

Do not wash or tumble dry

Avoid chemical products

At Luisa Toledo we are obsessed with creating comfortable stilettos, and with the Marina model we once again achieve what we are passionate about: creating comfortable and elegant shoes. To create the Marina pump in camel color, we have fused the elegance of our iconic comfortable stilettos, and the easy to wear heel for our busy day to day.

You asked us a lot by IG for a sensible heel shoe, and better in leather finish (although you know that we are in love with suede) but as your wishes are orders for us, here it is at last. We have to confess that we have fallen in love with the camel color of the leather of the Marina model since we have seen it, it seems to us an ideal option for countless looks, and we know that it will be the shoe that we will use a lot at any time of the year, because for autumn-winter it seems ideal for creating looks in earth tones and browns, but for spring-summer it seems to us a success, easy to combine and that will bring a lot of color to any outfit, without resorting to other more strident shades.

Women's shoes with comfortable heels, UNBEARABLE!

We have to admit that we fell in love with the camel pumps as soon as we saw them, but when we tried them on we were totally IN LOVE, both for this camel color with a very bright shade, and for how really super comfortable they are. We think they are a great bet if you want to wear them from morning to night. In Luisa Toledo we are convinced that camel heel pumps are a must-have in any dressing room, and are perfect as a closet essential. We have to confess that this has been one of our most difficult models to design, it has taken us many prototypes to find the final design. It has a very natural tone that brings brightness to any style. It also seems to us a very successful option for office looks, they are a wildcard to go to any work meeting at any time of the year.
