If you are not satisfied with your purchase you have 14 days to make the change or return your purchase since we have proof that your order has been delivered.

Can I make a size change?

Yes, of course!

If you need to make any changes, simply make the purchase of the size you need and return the one you have at home once you try the two and choose the one that is best.

Can I return my purchase?

Yes, of course!

To make a return the products must be in perfect condition: not used, not washed, with their labels, without arrangements, and in their original packaging. You have several ways to make the return:
- Personally, visiting us in our showroom.
- By sending us the product (s) through Correos or the transport agency you choose to the following address: Luisa Toledo, C / Perú, nº 21 local 28823 Coslada (Madrid) Spain

Do you want us to collect your return at home?

We take care of everything, simply send us an email to hola@luisatoledo.es indicating the order number that appears on the invoice and we will start the collection at the address you indicate. This option has a cost € 6.95 that will be deducted when making the payment of the items returned. (This option is only available in Spain Peninsula)
* Extraordinary expenses, such as customs, will always be borne by the client. (Canary Islands and outside the European Union).
As soon as we receive the return and check that everything is correct, we will pay the corresponding amount by the same form of payment that the purchase was made.
