We all sometimes have a hard time deciding between two models, sizes or colors.
If you have doubts, we send you two pairs: TRY IT AT HOME AND RETURN THE ONE YOU DO NOT WANT
Make the purchase of the models you want to try. If finally, among the products you have bought you stay with one, the return of those you do not want is free (except outlet products). On the contrary, if you want to return all purchased products, the management would be done as a normal return.

Yes, of course!

If you need to make any changes, simply make the purchase of the size you need and return the one you have at home once you try the two and choose the one that is best.

Returns  

Can I return my purchase?

Yes, of course!

To make a return the products must be in perfect condition: not used, not washed, with their labels, without arrangements, and in their original packaging. You have several ways to make the return:
- Personally, visiting us in our showroom.
- By sending us the product (s) through Correos or the transport agency you choose to the following address: Luisa Toledo, C / Perú, nº 21 local 28823 Coslada (Madrid) Spain

Do you want us to collect your return at home?

We take care of everything, simply send us an email to hola@luisatoledo.es indicating the order number that appears on the invoice and we will start the collection at the address you indicate. This option has a cost € 6.95 that will be deducted when making the payment of the items returned. (This option is only available in Spain Peninsula)
* Extraordinary expenses, such as customs, will always be borne by the client. (Canary Islands and outside the European Union).
As soon as we receive the return and check that everything is correct, we will pay the corresponding amount by the same form of payment that the purchase was made.

Leather

Dust off with a dry cotton cloth

Apply a little colorless wax with a lint-free cloth, let it dry for a few minutes and then brush with a soft bristle brush.

A trick ... if you want an extra shine, spray with hairspray

Avoid liquid cream cleaners and applicators

Suede

Brush dry with a soft brush or a lint-free cloth of porous tissue

If the suede is very damaged, rub gently with a cloth dampened with ammonia, once dry brush.

Avoid wearing shoes on rainy days

Patent leather

Remove dust with a damp cloth or wipes.

Brush with a cotton cloth moistened in milk to bring out shine.

Avoid bleach

Do not wash or tumble dry
