GENERAL CONDITIONS
1.- The present initiative organized by Zapaterías ROSMA S.L., is valid until November 30, 2017. Being possible its development to any territory where we make shipments. This initiative is independent of any social network. Only Zapaterías ROSMA S.L. is responsible for it.
2.- Participation in the initiative implies the complete knowledge and acceptance of the bases and conditions detailed here, as well as the decisions that may subsequently be adopted by Zapaterías ROSMA S.L. according to the provisions in the bases.
3.- This initiative is open to anyone who is a fan of the Facebook page and / or Instagram profile of @luisatoledoofficial, in addition to fulfilling the necessary conditions.
4.- A minimum of 5 images per participant is required, being indispensable requirement that the photos are personal and original. The images must have a minimum resolution of 1500x1500 px to be considered valid. Photos of shoes are not valid, just as adornment or similar. Photos that are blurry, saturated or without lighting are not valid. Less than 5 images or invalid images will be considered not suitable for participation in the initiative, and will be communicated to the person.
5.- The deadline of the initiative will be the 30th of November. The participants can not demand the change of the GIFT by another article, good or service different from the one previously acquired, so that the GIFT will not be negotiable. The gift consists of the return of 50% of the amount of a pair of Luisa Toledo shoes.
6.- Zapaterías ROSMA S.L. may, in its sole discretion, modify the duration, deadlines and dates of the initiative giving, where appropriate, due communication and publicity and carrying out, if appropriate, the necessary legal procedures. Zapaterías ROSMA S.L. may suspend or modify partially or totally the present bases and conditions when situations arise that are not attributable to Zapaterías ROSMA S.L., without generating any right to any compensation in favor of the participants. Zapaterías ROSMA S.L. will be the only one that will have decision power with respect to any situation not foreseen in these bases and conditions and the resolutions that adopts in this respect will be definitive and unappealable.
7.- Zapaterías ROSMA S.L. reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify this initiative by accident or force majeure or other circumstances that at the discretion of Zapaterías ROSMA S.L. so justify it. In no case the exercise of such rights by Zapaterías ROSMA S.L. will entitle the participants to any claim.
8.- Any relationship that under the initiative is generated between the participant Zapaterías ROSMA S.L. will be governed by the Spanish legislation, the participant waiving any other law that for any reason may correspond to him.
9.- Zapaterías ROSMA S.L. reserves the rights of images of all the people who participate in the initiative. They can be used by the brand through its various channels. With participation the general conditions of the initiative are accepted.
